Law enforcement guns get first priority and receive a 10% discount on services.

GUARANTEE
Our work is guaranteed if we perform the work on your gun, under normal wear (parts) providing no one else has worked on or replaced parts. There is no transfer of guarantee on sale of gun.

WARRANTY
Due to the complexities of complying with Federal warranty law, ACE Custom 45's Inc. does not offer a written warranty. We continue to stand behind our products and services, and to care for our customers, but we cannot make guarantees or warranties of any kind. This general statement of polices and disclaimers is effective Oct. 13, 1993, and no prior statements or promises shall be of any effect for transactions after Oct. 13, 1993.

DISCLAIMERS
ACE Custom 45's Inc. expressly disclaims liability for accidental or consequential damages. As provided for below, we do not offer any written or implied warranty on our products, and expressly disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. As a condition of sale, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this sale shall be settled in arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbition Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. On any claim related to goods or services sold by ACE Custom 45's Inc. jurisdiction of the arbitration shall be exclusively in Texas, regardless of where the claim may arise. No claim shall be actionable unless commenced within one year from date of sale. No parts sold by us are intended for installation except by a trained pistol-smith, and parts and firearms sold buy us are only intended for factory ammunition. Any verbal representations made by us related to installation should be confirmed with your local pistol-smith to assure safe operation in your particular firearm.


SERVICE POLICY

ACE Custom 45's observes the following policies:

  • All sales final on parts and accessories
  • prices are subject to change without notice
  • Texas residents add 6.75% state sales tax
  • Some work commissioned may require 50% deposit
  • After notification of completion of commissioned work, customer has 45 days to pick up firearm
  • After 45 days, firearms will become property of ACE Custom 45's Inc. and sold to recover services
  • Law enforcement guns get first priority and receive a 10% discount on services
  • Dealers will receive a 15% discount on services

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Personal checks are accepted but must first clear (approximately three weeks). We accept Master Card and Visa.  All prices quoted on our web site reflect a 3% cash discount which cannot be earned for credit card orders.

SHIPMENT

When shipping your gun for modification, ship via FedEx - UPS to:

The shipment of completed weapon will be by FedEx Priority Overnight at the expense of the customer.

CUSTOM GUN WORK TERMS & ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
(Please read before placing your order)

Payment of one-half the total estimated cost of the job is requested at the time your pistol is shipped. Please enclose a deposit with your gun. we urge you not to send any item not necessary for custom work on this particular pistol (for example: pistol rug, pistol box, & barrel bushing wrench). we are no longer able to store and keep track of these items. All weapons left in the shop at your own risk. work orders received with a 50% deposit will be billed at prices prevailing at the time of completion. an itemized statement showing the balance due will be sent to you when your job is completed and ready for shipment. After receipt of final payment, your customized gun will be shipped.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your custom gun work order after it has been logged-in and scheduled, there will be a $50.00 handling/paperwork charge deducted from your deposit when we return your gun/deposit.

After initial order is placed, all work order changes will be charged $35.00 extra per change and the job could be delayed as much as 30 days. All work order changes must be made in writing and reference your assigned log number.
